Our client is a leading bag and shoes spa retail company with more than 12 branches across Thailand including e-commerce, specialising in premium care and repair services for luxury bags and footwear.
Job Summary
This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who has experience in growing sales across channels and run multi-site operations. The role blends commercial strategy (pricing, promotions, channel plans), channel sales development (online marketplaces, LineOA, consignments, retail), and operational delivery (SOPs, inventory, branch rollout/feasibility).
The person reports into management and will regularly present sales, ops and financial KPIs. Key tasks:
- Build/execute commercial plans
- Analyse channel performance
- Manage inventory/expansion projects
- Own reporting/budgets execution of sales strategies
Job Responsibilities
Commercial Management
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase sales, customer retention, and market share.
- Collaborate to build annual sales budget along with sales team
- Monitor sales performance across branches and implement solid action plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and plan marketing and promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Analyse customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Improve pricing strategies, service packages, and upselling programs.
- Create sales packages and promotion T&C for both sales team and customer to easily understand to help all create a sense of urgency on each program.
Channel sales development
- Analyse sales performance by channels both online (marketplaces, lineOA etc.) and offline (consignments and retail formats) and develop sales strategy to meet targeted profit.
- Outline and shape customized promotion in each channel to fulfill customer demands in certain period to
- Connect with landlords and key partners to drive collaborative campaign with external parties to increase brand awareness and acquire more customers.
Operations Management
- Work alongside with sales manager to ensure SOPs, service standard, delivering sales program to customer efficiently
- Manage inventory, supplies, and inventory forecasts to meet seasonal needs in each period of the year.
- Lead operational improvement projects and expansion plans for new branch openings, support to draft feasibility and push solid plan to support the target
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare regular sales, operations, and performance reports for management.
- Manage budgets, cost controls, and operational KPIs
- Work closely with the management team on strategic planning and business development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Retail Management, or related fields.
- 5+ years experience in retail operations, service operations, or multi-site management.
- Experience in lifestyle retail, beauty services, fashion care, or similar industries is an advantage.
- Experience in E-commerce is not a must but is considered an advantage.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to grow revenue.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel frequently between branches.
- Good command of Thai and basic English preferred.
