Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial and pricing strategies for Ocean Freight business
- Manage key accounts, BCO customers, NVOCCs, and freight forwarders
- Drive sales performance, volume growth, and profitability
- Negotiate rates and commercial agreements with carriers and business partners
- Analyze market trends, trade lanes, and customer segments to identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with overseas offices and regional teams for strategic business development
- Lead and coach commercial/sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in Shipping Line, NVOCC, or Freight Forwarding business
- Strong background in Ocean Freight Commercial, Trade Management, or Key Account Management
- Experience in pricing strategy, carrier management, allocation, and tender business
- Strong network with shipping lines, forwarders, and direct shippers
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Good command of English
