Job Description
- Lead financial analysis activities including revenue, cost, profitability, and variance analysis across the assigned region.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial and management reports for regional leadership.
- Monitor business performance and provide recommendations to improve financial results and operational efficiency.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Analyze financial trends and explain key revenue and cost variances against budget and targets.
- Partner closely with regional and country finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information.
- Assist senior finance leadership in driving strategic initiatives and regional projects.
- Coordinate financial reporting activities and ensure compliance with corporate and regional reporting requirements.
- Support finance review boards and steering committees through detailed analysis and business insights.
- Review accounting information and reconciliation outcomes to ensure financial integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Act as a trusted finance business partner to support decision-making and business growth initiatives.
- Provide financial guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on assigned business areas.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Commercial Manager Should Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in auditing, financial accounting, management reporting, FP&A, or commercial finance.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, planning, reporting, and performance management.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in both Thai and English.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to business locations within and outside Bangkok.
