Key Responsibilities:
- Handle commercial insurance products, including Property, Marine, Miscellaneous, and Financial Lines, to support corporate customers.
- Maintain existing business to achieve renewal policy target, review current policy conditions, and improve coverage to secure existing customers.
- Seek new business through direct sales, including cross-selling to existing clients, to achieve sales targets.
- Actively support and regularly communicate with other team members to ensure the achievement of team objectives.
- Attend surveys and risk management activities to build relationships with customers.
- Manage day-to-day assignment of all client service activities with prompt attention to client requests such as quotation proposals, policy proofreading, policy delivery, and inquiries response.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Statistics, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields.
- 34 years of work experience in the NonLife Insurance industry; experience in Marketing, Underwriting, or Claims is preferred.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Understanding of the Thailand insurance industry, insurance market, and relevant regulations is preferred.
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), and PowerPoint.
