Function: Marketing Modern trade
Report to: Department Manager (Frozen product)
Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies for frozen food and frozen seafood products within the Modern Trade channel, in order to increase sales, brand awareness, and competitiveness aligned with the company's business goals.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of marketing strategies and promotional plans in the Modern Trade channel.
- Plan Joint Business Plan (JBP) and co-promotional activities with retailers.
- Coordinate with the Modern Trade sales team to develop marketing activity plans.
- Manage and monitor promotions, point-of-sale materials (POSM), and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for campaign execution.
- Track performance results, including sales and profit contributions from marketing campaigns, and prepare summary reports.
- Support new product development (NPD) and product launches within the frozen food category.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 35 years of experience in Modern Trade, Trade Marketing, Key Account, or related commercial roles within the FMCG or frozen food/seafood category.
- Understanding of Frozen Food & Seafood products or experience in the Modern Trade channel.
- Strong negotiation skills with Modern Trade partners, including trade agreements and pricing proposals.
- Data analysis and strategic thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of stock management and cold chain operations.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and solve problems proactively.
- High ownership and resultsdriven mindset.
