Position: Commercial Partnerships Head
Our client seeking an experienced and commercially driven leader to join our organization as the Commercial Partnerships Head. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic business partnerships, leading commercial and sponsorship teams, and shaping growth strategies that support the company's long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall commercial partnerships strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
- Identify, develop, and secure strategic partnerships with leading brands, corporations, agencies, and organizations.
- Drive sponsorship sales and commercial opportunities across the company's portfolio of assets, products, and platforms.
- Develop and execute business development initiatives to expand market reach and unlock new revenue streams.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing commercial and sponsorship team.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, key decision-makers, and strategic partners.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value partnership, sponsorship, and commercial agreements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives and partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop revenue forecasts, commercial plans, and performance metrics to support business objectives.
- Drive stakeholder management across internal and external ecosystems to ensure long-term partnership success.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in commercial leadership, business development, partnerships, sponsorship sales, or revenue management.
- Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth and securing strategic partnerships.
- Strong experience leading commercial, sales, sponsorship, or partnership teams.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex, high-value commercial deals.
- Strong network across corporate, media, entertainment, sports, technology, FMCG, telecommunications, or related industries.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
