Specialist Commercial Product Owner (Household Management & Monetization)

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Product Owner to drive strategy and execution for household bundling and monetization. This role is key to shifting from product-centric revenue (ARPU) to account-centric revenue (ARPA) and maximizing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
What You'll Do
- Develop Strategy: Build and execute household/multi-product bundling plans to grow adoption and revenue.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Design and implement GTM strategies for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Customer Lifecycle Management: Enhance acquisition, retention, and loyalty for high-value households.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Product, CVM, CRM, IT, Sales, and Finance to deliver innovative solutions.
- Budget & Performance: Manage S&M and commission budgets, track KPIs, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Expand Ecosystem: Partner with external stakeholders to grow home connectivity offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: 15+ years in Marketing or Product Management, with atleast 5 years in Telecom.
- Skills:Strategic thinking and analytical ability
- Expertise in pricing, CVM, and product lifecycle management
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Bonus: Market research certification.
