Job Description
Enterprise Strategy & Growth Leadership
- Define and lead an ambitious growth strategy aligned with corporate priorities.
- Identify opportunities across new markets, new volumes, adjacent applications, and geographic expansion.
- Shape and deploy valuebased pricing and commercial strategies that maximise profitability.
Strategic Program Leadership
- Lead major crossfunctional transformation initiatives, ensuring clear governance, KPIs, and performance tracking.
- Align executive stakeholders and ensure seamless execution across the organisation.
DataDriven Decision Making
- Translate market intelligence, customer needs, and regulatory trends into actionable business strategies.
- Identify productivity levers and capital allocation priorities using rigorous commercial analysis.
Commercial Strategy & GotoMarket
- Partner with Sales leadership to strengthen gotomarket plans, customer value propositions, and retention strategies.
- Promote valuebased selling and customercentric innovation across business units.
Partnerships, Investments & M&A
- Source, evaluate, and drive strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and alliances.
- Lead business case development, due diligence and integration planning with regional/global stakeholders.
Leadership & Cultural Influence
- Act as a catalyst for growth, agility, and strategic thinking across teams.
- Champion change initiatives that reinforce commercial excellence and longterm strategic discipline.
- Build visibility as a future enterprise leader with influence beyond direct reporting lines.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years in strategy, commercial leadership, or business transformation roles within the chemical, lubricants, industrial gas, petrochemical, or other capitalintensive sectors.
- Proven track record executing crossfunctional growth programs with measurable business impact.
- Strong knowledge of industrial technologies, applications, and decarbonization developments.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Enterpriselevel strategic mindset with strong financial acumen.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Digital fluency, including experience with commercial platforms such as Salesforce.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping complex, highimpact decisions.
- Fluency in English and Thai is mandatory.
