What We Do

ksana Matcha is the direct link between serene, prestigious tea farms in Japan and our customers in Thailand and beyond. We carefully import and export top-quality matcha from Japan, working directly with our suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of quality and authenticity.

Our business operates across multiple channels: we sell our matcha both online and through our physical cafes, offering a direct and immersive experience for our consumers. Additionally, we serve as a trusted supplier for a wide range of B2B partners, including omakase restaurants, Japanese institutions, and other commercial clients. Through every facet of our operation, we are dedicated to sharing a mindful, high-quality matcha experience with the world.

Role Description

[Starting 28,000 THB/month]

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bangkok for a Commercial/Business Development Associate. The Associate will be responsible for creating new revenue streams from commercial projects, leading product and merchandise development, and generating new business opportunities. This role involves conducting market research, delivering presentations, and fostering communication among all parties, from our internal team to potential clients. Your responsibilities will span both offline and online sales, including international expansion. You will be instrumental in creating and implementing strategic plans to drive our business growth and market presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong Presentation Skills with the ability to deliver clear, impactful presentations
  • Proficiency in Project Management and Market Research
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
  • A Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the beverage industry is a plus
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a business, marketing, or project management-related field is required
