The Commis 2 is responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's recipes and standards. The role supports senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, ensures proper food handling and hygiene practices, maintains cleanliness and organization of workstations, and contributes to efficient kitchen operations. The Commis 2 is committed to delivering consistent food quality while continuously developing culinary skills in a fast-paced luxury dining environment.
