The Commis 2 – Pastry & Bakery is responsible for assisting in the preparation, baking, and presentation of high-quality pastries, breads, desserts, and baked goods in accordance with established recipes and hotel standards. The role supports senior pastry chefs in daily kitchen operations, ensures proper food handling, hygiene, and safety practices, maintains cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen, and contributes to efficient production while delivering consistent quality. The Commis 2 is committed to developing culinary skills and supporting an exceptional dining experience through outstanding pastry and bakery products.
