Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commis Chef at Phuket Yacht Haven Marina located in Phuket. The Commis Chef will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of dishes, ensuring food is cooked to a high standard, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key tasks include food preparation, cooking, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations, and supporting senior chefs in the kitchen. The role requires teamwork and a proactive approach to maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Food Preparation and Cooking
• Solid knowledge of Hygiene and compliance with food safety regulations
• Proficiency in Culinary Skills and techniques
• Good Communication skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Prior experience in a similar role or a certificate/diploma in Culinary Arts is an advantage
