Overview:
Airswift is seeking a seasoned Commissioning Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead and oversee the commissioning of complex infrastructure systems across datacenter, hospital, and high-tech environments. The successful candidate will ensure all utilities, equipment, and control systems are tested, validated, and operationally ready in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commissioning activities for HVAC, BMS, fire protection, electrical, and cleanroom systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and client teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
- Develop and execute commissioning plans, procedures, and documentation.
- Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and handover protocols.
- Ensure systems meet regulatory, safety, and performance standards.
- Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting support during commissioning phases.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting throughout the commissioning lifecycle.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of commissioning experience in infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in datacenter or hospital commissioning environments.
- Strong familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS), cleanroom environments, and multi-vendor coordination.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex commissioning schedules and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
