Communications Specialist

Join a global technology company shaping the future of digital innovation. We're looking for a Communications Specialist to support regional communications across content production, media relations, and project coordination in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the production of short-form video content, from planning and shoot logistics to post-production and delivery across digital and social channels.
• Support regional media outreach by developing story angles, preparing media pitches, coordinating interviews, and tracking media coverage.
• Maintain project trackers, monitor action items, identify blockers, and provide regular status updates to keep regional initiatives on track.
• Organize and manage digital content assets for easy access and reuse.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in PR, corporate communications, or a similar communications role, ideally within an agency or in-house environment.
• Strong media relations experience, preferably across Singapore or the APAC region.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable working with social media platforms and familiar with AI tools such as LLMs.
• Experience maintaining project trackers and coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
