Job Description

The Role

Supermom connects millions of mothers across Southeast Asia to the brands and resources that matter in their parenting journey. At the heart of this is our community of Key Opinion Mothers (KOMs), real parents whose authentic voices shape how families discover, trust, and choose products.

As a Community Activation Executive, you will work directly with our KOMs to bring brand campaigns to life through user-generated content that feels genuine, relatable, and rooted in lived experience. You will also help plan and run community events where mothers connect, learn, and make a tangible impact on the parenting landscape.

This is a role with real-world reach. The content you help create will influence how parents across the region make everyday decisions for their families.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute UGC campaigns with KOMs, ensuring content aligns with client goals while staying true to the authentic voice of our community.

  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle from brief through to post-campaign reporting and recommendations
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned brand partners, both internal teams and external clients
  • Lead client check-ins, present progress updates, and proactively suggest optimisations
  • Plan and coordinate community events where KOMs and mothers come together to connect, share, and create meaningful impact beyond the screen
  • Track and analyse campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve engagement and demonstrate ROI
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform shifts, and AI-driven content tools to keep Supermom's activations fresh and effective

Who You Are

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in community activation, digital marketing, or social media management (agency experience is a plus). Fresh graduates with strong internship portfolios or personal content projects are welcome to apply
  • Comfortable managing content creators and curating user-generated content
  • A natural communicator who builds trust with clients and community members alike
  • Analytically curious, you enjoy turning engagement data into clear, actionable next steps
  • Genuinely interested in social media trends, content formats, and AI-powered creation tools
  • Organised and calm under pressure, able to run multiple campaigns and brand relationships in parallel
  • Proficient in English. An additional Southeast Asian language is a strong plus

Why This Role Matters

The campaigns you manage will be powered by real mothers sharing real experiences, and those stories help other parents feel seen, informed, and supported in decisions that matter. From coordinating KOM-led content to organising community events that bring families together, this role gives you the chance to make a genuine difference in how parents across the region navigate modern parenthood.
