Who is SooktalentSooktalent is a career development ecosystem that helps the next generation discover, prepare for, and land meaningful roles. We specialize in the IT world (where we have helped convert over 300+ professionals), all while maintaining the mental balance and creative spark fostered by the Sansarang Gallery community.
What You'll DoYou won't just be marketing—you'll be building a mini-ecosystem. Your journey falls into three buckets:
- Awareness & Conversion: Execute creative campaigns and campus-specific strategies to introduce Sooktalent to your peers.
- Community Building: Act as the primary point of contact on your campus; hosting small virtual or physical chats to understand what students actually need.
- Research & Product Feedback: Gather real-world feedback and analyze interactions to suggest service improvements. You will document these findings into a formal Research Portfolio.
Learning & Connecting (The Sooktalent Way)Our Little Ecosystem We're a small, tight-knit team, but we're big on quality and connection.
- Real Conversations: Meet and learn from professionals across the IT spectrum—from UX researchers, Software Engineers and Product Owners to other roles like Tech Recruiters and Digital Strategists.
- Find Your Fit: See how a tech ecosystem actually breathes and discover which career path fits your personality.
Bridging the Gap (What School Doesn't Cover) We'll share the practical tools and mindsets we use every day in the industry—the stuff that usually isn't in the syllabus:
- Agile & Scrum: How modern teams actually collaborate to get things done efficiently and hopefully with minimum burnout/adhoc.
- Practical Mental Models: Frameworks for making decisions and solving problems like a professional.
- The Feedback Loop: Learn how to turn a coffee-shop conversation into a real Product Sprint.

What's in it for you- A Peek Behind the Curtain: A genuine look at the IT world and the skills actually in demand.
