We are seeking a Community & Communication Lead to build and scale a community of e-commerce entrepreneurs, business owners, digital platform users, and e-commerce enthusiasts. This role focuses on driving engagement through content, discussions, and events, while developing strategies to grow the community across online and offline channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn community insights into impactful initiatives, support members business growth, and convert community participation into qualified leads and customers through a consultative, value-driven approach.

Our platform offers a range of tools and services, including end-to-end global e-commerce & logistics (Fastship.co), e-commerce fulfillment, e-commerce solutions, and an online marketing campaign platform. Our goal is to help SMEs grow their e-commerce business by providing everything they need in one convenient place.
What You Will Do
- Develop and manage a B2B community of entrepreneurs, business owners, or digital platform users, through social media platforms
- Define and execute strategies to grow and scale the community across online and offline channels
- Drive engagement through relevant content, discussions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Plan and manage workshops, seminars, webinars, and community-driven campaigns
- Design programs and activities that support members business growth and success
- Gather and analyze customer insights, pain points, and feedback from the community
- Collaborate with Content Marketing, Business Growth, and Sales teams to develop impactful content and initiatives
- Build and optimize the funnel from community members to qualified leads and customers
- Introduce the company's platform or solutions through community activities in a consultative and non-intrusive manner
What You Have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 3–4 years of experience in Community Management, Marketing, Event Management in relevant business such as Gaming, application, SaaS, and Education Platform
- Proven experience in building and/or managing a B2B community is preferred.
- Experience in lead generation or conversion through community initiatives
- Experience in managing community events, workshops, seminars, webinars, or campaigns
- Strong ability to create engaging content and foster active community participation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both Thai and English
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams. Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
