Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Associate located in Bangkok. The Community Associate will be responsible for providing community support, managing cases, assisting with community health initiatives, and ensuring effective communication among members. This role also involves day-to-day interaction with members, resolving their issues, and fostering a collaborative community environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to support community members effectively
• Experience in Case Management and Community Support
• Proficient Communication skills
• Knowledge of Community Health principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Bangkok
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in community roles or similar positions is a plus
