About the Role
We are looking for a creative and energetic Community & Event Manager to bring our English Learning Center to life!
You'll be the heart of our community creating a lively atmosphere, organizing fun and educational events, and connecting with parents, students, and local partners to make our center the place everyone loves to visit.
What You Will Do
- Plan and execute creative activities, workshops, and events to make the center lively especially during weekdays.
- Build and maintain a strong sense of community among students, parents, and teachers.
- Develop and execute campaigns to attract new customers and engage existing ones.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Academic teams to create memorable customer experiences.
- Build and maintain good relationships with landlords and property owners to secure potential locations and ensure smooth collaboration for future center openings.
- Work with nearby schools, communities, and local partners to increase brand awareness.
- Gather customer feedback and community insights to help improve the center experience.
- Monitor event and community performance metrics and prepare activity reports.
What We Look For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in event planning, community management, customer experience, or hospitality.
- Strong communication and people skills friendly, confident, and approachable.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with a passion for education and children's activities.
- Experience in relationship building (e.g., with landlords, partners, or community networks) is a plus.
- Able to work on weekends for events (with weekday compensation time).
- Be able to communicate in English
