We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Community Manager to foster a collaborative and engaging workplace culture. In this role, you will build and strengthen internal communities, organise meaningful engagement initiatives, and manage the division's knowledge-sharing platform. Key Responsibilities
Community Building & Engagement
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative community culture across the division.
- Act as the key point of contact for community members, encouraging networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
- Gather feedback and monitor ground sentiment through surveys, regular check-ins, and informal engagement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on community feedback.
- Develop initiatives that strengthen cross-team collaboration and employee engagement.
Events & Programme Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of community engagement activities, learning sessions, and networking events.
- Organise executive forums and leadership engagement programmes.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
- Evaluate event outcomes and recommend continuous improvements based on participant feedback.
Knowledge Management (AI-Augmented)
- Manage and maintain the division's knowledge base, ensuring content remains accurate, organised, and accessible.
- Review, refine, and quality-check AI-generated summaries, meeting minutes, and knowledge articles before publication.
- Identify content gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to improve knowledge resources.
- Continuously enhance the usability and discoverability of the knowledge repository.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in community management, stakeholder engagement, event coordination, or a similar role.
- Passionate about building communities and connecting people.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with AI-powered collaboration tools will be an advantage.
- Prior experience within the Singapore Government or Public Sector is an added advantage.
