We are seeking a Community Operations Specialist to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with our community, enhancing user experience, and driving community initiatives that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and engage with the community across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor community feedback and report on key metrics to enhance community experience.
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a positive environment.
  • Assist in organizing online and offline events to promote community involvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community initiatives with company goals.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in community management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track community metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
