We are currently looking for socially confident, charismatic, and emotionally intelligent individuals based in Bangkok to join us as Community & Social Hosts for our growing social experiences and community initiatives.

About The Role
As a SPARK Community & Social Host, you will help create engaging social experiences by interacting with members, attending curated events, facilitating conversations, and helping shape the culture and energy of the SPARK community.
You will play an important role in:
- welcoming new members,
- helping users feel socially comfortable,
- supporting curated events and experiences,
- encouraging meaningful interactions,
- and helping us improve the overall user experience of the SPARK platform.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting people, social networking, hospitality, lifestyle events, community engagement, and premium social experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement
- Welcome new users and encourage participation within the community
- Help foster positive, respectful, and high-quality conversations
- Encourage attendance at SPARK social experiences and events
Event Participation & Hosting
- Attend curated SPARK events, cocktail socials, brunches, rooftop gatherings, and networking experiences
- Help create a comfortable and socially engaging atmosphere for attendees
- Facilitate introductions and group interactions naturally during events
- Assist the SPARK team in improving guest experience and event flow
Community Feedback & Insights
- Share observations and feedback regarding user behaviour, event experiences, and platform usability
- Help identify opportunities to improve community engagement and member satisfaction
- Support SPARK in maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming community environment
Social Media & Brand Support
- Participate in event photos/videos/social media content where comfortable
- Support SPARK's community-building and lifestyle branding initiatives
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Based in Bangkok
- Socially confident and well-spoken
- Friendly, emotionally intelligent, and culturally aware
- Passionate about lifestyle, social experiences, hospitality, or community building
- Comfortable interacting with new people in social environments
- Professional, respectful, and presentable
- Fluent in English (Thai language skills are a plus)
Preferred Backgrounds
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Hospitality
- Public Relations
- Events & nightlife
- Marketing & communications
- Cabin crew
- Lifestyle content creation
- Community management
- Luxury retail or customer engagement
