We are looking for a
Companion on
outsource basis for a new project where companions help elderly people feel less alone through warm and regular communication. The format is remote, and the interaction can take place through both calls and messages.
Your Main Tasks Will Be
- Your role will be to stay in touch with clients, talk with them over the phone or messages, discuss memories, interests, and simply be there for them.
- This job requires kindness, sensitivity, and a sense of responsibility.
We Expect From You
- Fluent English (additional languages will be considered beneficial)
- Ability to communicate effectively via text and voice
- Basic knowledge of etiquette and professional communication
- Active listening skills and emotional support abilities
- Ability to follow a schedule and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of communication psychology (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident user of smartphone/PC and messaging apps
