The Role: Company Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual Company Administrator to be the operational cornerstone of our office. This crucial role involves coordinating communication and administrative tasks across multiple stakeholdersforeign homeowners, Thai-speaking condo juristic committees, Thai contractors, and technicians. You will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and be pivotal in maintaining high levels of client and vendor satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Bilingual Communication & Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact and translator for communication between foreign homeowners (English-speaking) and Thai-speaking juristic persons, contractors, and technicians.
Administrative Management: Handle general office administration, including filing, scheduling, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Document and Record Keeping: Organize and maintain all company documents, property records, contracts, and administrative files with meticulous attention to detail.
Financial Support: Assist with basic accounting tasks, expense tracking, invoice processing, and coordination with external accountants.
Property Management Support: Provide administrative support to the property management team, assisting with service requests, work order tracking, and ensuring timely follow-up on maintenance issues.
Compliance: Assist in ensuring the company and properties adhere to local regulations and condominium bylaws.
Essential Qualifications
Exceptional Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency (written and spoken) in both English and Thai is mandatory. This is essential for communicating effectively with all key stakeholders.
Experience: Proven working experience in an administrative or office management role.
Strong preference for candidates with prior administrative experience in a property management setting.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Basic to strong knowledge and proficiency in computer and office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email clients, Canva, and familiarity with digital marketing tools like Facebook advertising.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in Thailand.
Expected Renumeration: From 18,000 (Junior) up to 35,000 (For the right Candidate with the relevant experience.
