Our partner is global leading manufacturing, with business expansion now they're looking for Compensation & Benefit Manager to design, implement, and manage competitive and sustainable programs that align with the company's global standards and long-term business strategy.
Beyond core C&B responsibilities, the role will be challenged with global, projectbased assignments, working closely with crossborder Total Rewards and HR leadership teams to harmonize policies and drive regional or global initiatives. Additionally, the position plays a critical role in continuous HR system implementation and optimization, ensuring digital platforms such as HRIS, compensation modules, and global tools are effectively deployed, integrated, and improved.
What you will shape
- Manage compensation strategies, salary structures, and annual review cycles to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Lead job evaluation, job grading/job banding, and maintain accurate job architecture.
- Conduct market benchmarking, compensation analysis, and provide insights to leadership.
- Oversee employee benefits programs and negotiate with vendors for costeffective and highquality offerings.
- Support and lead global project-based Total Rewards initiatives in collaboration with regional and global teams.
- Drive continuous HR system implementation and optimization (e.g., HRIS, compensation tools).
- Provide analytics, reporting, and ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to advise on compensation decisions and reward programs.
- Improve processes, digitalize C&B operations, and introduce new initiatives aligned with business strategy.
What makes you a strong fit
- 710+ years of C&B experience inglobal or large-scale manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, job leveling, and job banding frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in compensation benchmarking, analytical modeling, and benefits management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
- Experience participating in or leading HRIS implementation projects.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and know Thai labor Law.
- High initiative, agility, and ability to thrive in a global matrix environment.
