Job Summary:
Responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing compensation and benefits programs to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with labor laws. This role supports business growth in a fast-paced fashion retail environment with multi-brand and multi-store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and review salary structures, pay scales, and incentive schemes for head office and retail operations.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market surveys to ensure competitiveness.
- Manage annual salary review, promotion, and bonus processes.
- Provide compensation analysis and recommendations to management.
- Manage employee benefits programs including social security, group insurance, medical benefits, and other welfare programs.
- Review and improve benefits policies to align with employee needs and company budget.
- Coordinate with insurance providers and external vendors.
- Work closely with payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor law, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Support audits related to payroll, compensation, and benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 58 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in retail or fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HR systems.
- Good knowledge of Thai labor law and payroll practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
