Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thailand for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. The role is responsible for designing, administering, and reviewing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company policies and local regulations. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining salary structures, managing payroll-related data for accuracy, and coordinating employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs. The specialist will analyze market data and internal metrics to support pay and benefits decisions, prepare reports for management, and assist with annual salary reviews and incentive processes. The role also involves responding to employee inquiries, supporting HR projects, and collaborating with finance, HR, and regional/global teams to ensure consistent application of compensation and benefits practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and relevant labor laws and regulations in Thailand.
  • Experience in HR analytics and reporting, including the ability to interpret salary surveys, benchmark data, and workforce metrics.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis and modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a compensation and benefits or HR generalist role, preferably within a multinational or technology-focused company.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate integrity, and support a diverse and inclusive workplace.
