Key Skills and Experience

Payroll Management

  • Administer and process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions based on company policies and applicable laws.
  • Maintain payroll records, including salaries, benefits, and tax withholdings.
  • Handle payroll discrepancies or issues and provide resolution.

Compensation And Benefits Administration

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and programs.
  • Conduct research on salary benchmarks, market trends, and best practices.
  • Analyze and evaluate job positions to determine salary ranges and salary structures.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such: health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Educate employees on compensation and benefits offerings and address their inquiries.

Job Requirement

  • At least one year of working experience as a Payroll Analyst/Specialist.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Prior experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with compensation principles, salary benchmarking, and market analysis.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion in handling confidential employee information.
