Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Job Evaluation and design organizational job structures.
  • Define compensation components (Base Salary, Allowances, Incentives, Benefits) in alignment with market competitiveness and company policy.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies in developing and updating compensation frameworks.
  • Conduct Salary Surveys, Job Matching, and design Pay Structures / Salary Ranges.
  • Design and manage Annual Salary Review and Bonus Schemes.
  • Establish Job Grades / Leveling and integrate with Performance Management.
  • Experience in Performance Appraisal / KPI / PMS will be an advantage in linking performance with compensation.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 13 years of proven experience in Strategic Compensation & Benefits
  • Experience in large organizations with structured HR systems and strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws related to compensation and benefits.
  • Analytical and statistical skills with the ability to prepare HR Management Reports.
  • Certification in Compensation & Benefits, HR, or Hay Job Evaluation will be considered an advantage.
  • Good command in English (TOEIC 700)
