Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Determine compensation rates for hiring, promotions, and various special salary adjustments.
  • Design and improve compensation structures and programs, including employee benefits, to retain top talent within the organization.
  • Prepare job descriptions, conduct job analysis and job evaluation to determine job grading and hierarchy, supporting compensation structure development and promotion planning.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits cost data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure competitiveness with the market.
  • Provide knowledge and guidance on compensation design and compensation management to relevant departments.

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of salary structure, job evaluation processes, and performance management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A good command of both written and spoken English.

Working Location : CW Tower (near MRT Thailand Cultural Centre)

Working Date : Monday - Friday (8.30 AM - 17.00 PM)
