Title: Compensation & Benefits Lead/Senior Lead (C-suite Executive Compensation)

Location: Singapore

Budget: $10,000 - $11,000 per month base + AWS + variable bonus

WilsonHCG is partnering with a reputable organization to appoint an experienced Compensation & Benefits Lead/Senior Lead (C-suite Executive Compensation) for their Singapore office. This is an individual contributor role, responsible in managing and implementing the end-to-end compensation and benefits strategies for the organization as well as C-suite level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Carry out market benchmarking of compensation & benefits locally and regionally, with reputable benchmarking data
• Provide expertise and recommendations during yearly benchmarking exercise and work closely with business leaders to ensure competitiveness in order to attract the right talent
• Oversee the current compensation and benefits plans and make recommendations where necessary for new schemes
• Ensure all HR policies and processes align with the compensation & benefits strategy across the organization
• Engage stakeholders to conduct reviews and experimentation of workflow automation for compensation and benefits review, benchmarking and implementation.
• Lead the budgeting and resource allocation by planning and managing the annual budget of each department.

Key Requirements: -

• Qualified Bachelor's degree in HR Management or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum of five years specialization in compensation and benefits, and experience in C-suite level executive compensation scheme is mandatory for this role.
• Highly knowledgeable in salary and benefits benchmarking, local employment act, trade union and workmen's compensation act
• Experienced in standardizing HR policies, procedures and functions to ensure alignment across all compensation & benefits schemes
• Proficient in Excel, compensation analysis and methodologies, topped with strong analytical and high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of employees
