Conduct insight-driven Competitive Intelligence (CI) reports and deep-dive analyses for management and business teams, based on emerging market signals, competitor movements, and evolving business needs.
Assist in strategic CI projects such as market research, product benchmarking, and analysis data validation, through data gathering, structured analysis, and insight synthesis.
Develop and maintain CI market movement trackers and dashboards with additional analysis and insight for business improvement and senior stakeholders
Support on monthly CI updates and other CI-related tasks as required.
Perform monthly incentive calculations for Operation team and coordinate with Operation, HR, and Finance to ensure accurate payout processing.
Identify anomalies or unexpected trends in incentive results and support root-cause investigation to maintain accuracy and operational integrity.
Provide support on budget-related reconciliations, financial templates, and additional analysis as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
0 - 1 year of experience, including internships, with proven records of strong logical reasoning and structured analytical thinking through past work, academic projects, or assessments.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize insights logically.
High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in numerical analysis.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage timelines effectively, and able to deal with fast fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets formulas is a plus.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships with other stakeholders, both internal and external
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), especially in summarizing insights and aligning with cross-functional teams.
