Job Summary :
As Compliance Specialist, applicant will be responsible for ensuring compliance, managing risks, developing policies, and updating regulations.
Job Description :
- Perform compliance function including compliance risk management as a part of operational risk and ensure that compliance policy is complied.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, statutory regulations and other formalities.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors to assess ARISE's processes, systems, policies, products, and operations to ensure they meet all standards and compliance framework.
- Establish an annual Compliance Program and prepare Compliance Reports
- Review and update the compliance policy from time to time.
- Develop and implement new policies and procedures to ensure compliance and stay updated with regulatory changes.
- Investigate compliance violations and take appropriate action to address them
- Communicate regulations, laws, and other relevant rules to the company's employees and conduct a training to enhance understanding and efficient application of such to the company's daily work.
- Perform additional relevant responsibilities as delegated by the line manager.
Qualification :
- 3+ yearsof relevant experience in compliance.Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Experience on financial service laws and regulations in relation to the Bank of Thailand (BOT) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
