We are looking for a Concierge to join our on-site team and play a key role in daily villa operations and guest experience. Kamala, Bang Tao and Rawai openings available.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests during check-in and present the villa and its facilities
- Handle check-outs, including utility readings and cash collection when required
- Inspect villas before arrivals and after departures using our internal tools
- Report incidents, damages, or anomalies clearly and factually
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance teams
- Follow up on maintenance issues and ensure proper resolution
- Update inspections, tasks, and reports in our internal system (Miracle Manager)
- Assist with guest requests and ensure a high standard of service at all times
What we are looking for
- Perfect command of Thai language. Good understanding of English
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Attention to detail and pride in work well done
- Comfortable working both on-site and in an office environment
- Valid driving license (motorbike or car) is required
- Experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service is appreciated, but attitude and mindset matter more than background.
