Maintaining good image and professionalism at the front desk at all times
Being familiar with and knowledgeable of Co-owners and residents in the building (i.e. able to recognize person, names, unit number etc.)
Providing public relations services by giving information and answering clients inquiries at the front desk
Checking incoming emails for any requests and coordinate with the parties concerned. With support from Duty Manager
Monitoring and answering the Stay please application for any questions or requests concerning the building service with support from Duty Manager
Receiving and answering telephone for inquiries, requests or complaints from clients and coordinating the department concerned. With support from Duty Manager
Dealing with clients complaints, recording, and informing RM and ARM with support from Duty Manager
Following up with the parties concerned for the progress of clients requests, service orders and giving feedback to the clients with support from Duty Manager
Receiving service requests from the clients or the building management and registering in the Stay please application, if they are concerned the developer. With support from Duty Manager
Providing reservation service for the usage of common area's facilities and the building's service, such as small maintenance in the unit, pest control, air conditioning cleaning with support from Duty Manager.
Inspecting the front desk and lobby areas ensuring the cleanliness and well upkeep and reporting any defects to be fixed (i.e. light bulb replacement, water leaking) to the building management.
Updating residents information in the data system and following up for lease agreement from Co-owners to update in the system with support from Duty Manager
Providing parcels service to the residents
Assisting in the translation of the building's notices or announcements in English with support from Duty Manager
Assist RM and ARM and Duty Manager with Dealing with contractors for fitting out, defect corrections or building improvement works carried out in both Co-owner units and common area to ensure compliance with the building regulations
Assist RM, ARM and Duty Manager with Providing quotation and cost comparison from at least 3 vendors to the building manager to seek for approval from the building committee for major purchases or projects
Recording complaints / requests and issuing work orders and coordinating with relevant department to fix the issues. with support from RM, ARM and Duty Manager
Issuing building's notice or announcements to Co- owners and residents concerning the activities in the building. with support from RM, ARM and Duty Manager
Dealing with Co-owners and resident complaints or special requests with support from RM, ARM and Duty Manager

Monthly work
Assist RM and ARM with Preparing for Board of Committee meeting, providing required information and the preparation of the meeting booklet.
Reviewing information of tenants / co-owners with support from Duty Manager
Preparing the monthly building management report with support from Duty Manager Preparing attendance summary of outsourcing service companies with support from RM and ARM
Controlling /supervising monthly pest control service with support from RM and ARM
Any other assigned works, if any.
Yearly event
Assist RM and ARM with Preparing for the venue, equipment, document for the Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Preparing for annual fire & evacuation drill with support from RM and ARM
Assist RM and ARM with Supervising for yearly building inspection
Organizing yearly building merit ceremony with support from RM and ARM
Organizing Songkran festival and yearly merit making with support from RM and ARM
Decoration for the Mother day (12th August) with support from RM and ARM
Decoration for the King's birthday on 28 th July with support from RM and ARM
