Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service; provide a welcoming experience to all visitors, prospect buyers, guests; giving appropriate answers to all concerned
Acquire extensive knowledge of the condominium such as Banyan Tree Benefits, activities around the area, all the facilities at Banyan Tree Residences
Deal directly with facility users and resolve issues with appropriate answers
Assisting with enquiries and providing accurate information in a timely manner
Assist owners regarding condominium facilities in an informative and helpful way
Communicate well with all the concierge and other department to satisfy a tremendous need for personal service develop a true sense of community for the owners
Assisting unit owners, guests and potential buyers with beverages in common area
Ability to multi-task. Quick thinking, ability to give clear, concise directions, refer/recommend activities and services as well as information on the area and all of its many facets
Key Holding
Receiving parcels and deliveries
Ensuring safety and cleanliness at all times in all Common Areas and Facilities
Report any incidents of accident such fire, theft, loss, damage, flood to all concerned within timely manner
Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution
Coordinate with juristic person in room defects from unit owners
Daily report all complaints and comments to GM and Juristic Person
