Section Communication & Marketing, which belongs to the Project Department, is recruiting
the Conference Service Editor.
The Section is responsible for editorial-related tasks in various product/project teams, including but not limited to editorial services related to conference submissions.
Responsibilities:
- Organize the peer-review process for submitted manuscripts/submissions and coordinate editorial decisions
- Handle email communications between the parties involved in the manuscripts/submissions peer-review and/or publication process
- Ensure that scholarly manuscripts/submissions are accurately edited and published according to tight deadlines with a high degree of consistency
- Collaborate with the various products/projects, journals, and the conference teams
- Complete other assigned editorial-related tasks
Requirements:
- Master's degree within the past three years
- Major in any natural science, technology, medicine, engineering, and mathematics-related disciplines
- Strong English skills in written and spoken language
- TOEIC score 600+ or other English proficiency tests
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and customer service-oriented
- Good learning ability and capable of multitasking
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
