About the Role
We are expanding rapidly in Thailand and are looking for a smart, energetic, and business-focused Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring across retail, corporate, and operational roles. This role is perfect for someone who understands fast-paced environments, enjoys partnering with business leaders, and can build strong talent pipelines across the Thailand market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Thailand across retail functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, headcount plans, and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and market mapping.
- Execute screening, interviewing, and shortlisting with speed and quality.
- Handle offer negotiation, closing, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure compliance with local hiring regulations and company policies.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, weekly reports, and candidate status trackers.
- Represent the brand at career fairs, events, and campus hiring (if applicable).
- Continuously improve hiring processes, candidate experience, and recruitment turnaround time.
Qualifications
- 36 years of recruiting experience in retail / FMCG / consumer brands / tech / startups.
- Experience hiring frontline + mid-level talent in Thailand is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Thai.
- Ability to manage multiple roles, stakeholders, and tight timelines.
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and sourcing tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
