Main Duties & Scope of the role

This role is responsible for invoice issuance processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with universities/ pathway providers on commissions receivables based on confirmed enrolments.
  • Liaise with Franchises and/or Partners on commissions payable based on confirmed enrolments.
  • Manage an invoice process for commission collections and follow up if exceeding a credit term.
  • Coordinate with relevant functions relating to confirmed enrolments.
  • Keep database on CRM up to date.
  • Carry out a self-auditing of invoices issued.

About the Candidate (including required competencies)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related fields.
  • Minimum one year of experience in invoice/payment administrator.
  • Effective team player with the ability to collaborate within diverse, international environments.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by curiosity to learn and grow.

Requirements & Qualification

  • Good command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Prior experience with CRM would be an advantage.
