Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Consolidation & FP&A Manager to join a listed manufacturing company based in Salaya. This role will be responsible for group financial consolidation, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in financial consolidation within a group or listed company, ideally gained from a manufacturing environment, together with solid FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Consolidation & Financial Reporting
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation of group entities.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Review intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliation across subsidiaries.
- Coordinate with subsidiaries and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Analyze consolidated financial performance and provide insights to management.
- Support year-end audit and statutory reporting processes.
FP&A / Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process.
- Prepare and manage periodic forecasts, including rolling forecasts and financial projections.
- Analyze actual results against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and business drivers.
- Work closely with business units and operational teams to develop realistic financial plans.
- Prepare financial models and scenario analysis to support management decision-making.
- Provide analysis on revenue, costs, margins, working capital, CAPEX, and profitability.
Business Partnering & Management Reporting
- Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Translate financial data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
- Partner with production, supply chain, sales, and other functions to improve financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic projects as required.
Systems & Process Improvement
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 for financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and analysis.
- Improve financial reporting and consolidation processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Support finance system enhancement, automation, and data integration projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or financial reporting.
- Proven experience in financial consolidation, preferably covering multiple entities/subsidiaries.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Manufacturing industry experience is required/preferred.
- Experience working in a listed company or group environment is highly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, management reporting, and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
