Job Title: Construction Lead (Data Centres)

About the Opportunity
We are supporting a leading Hyperscale Data Centre Developer in the search for an experienced Construction Lead to support the delivery of major data centre developments in Thailand.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale, mission-critical construction projects. The role will have a particularly strong focus on Contract Management, Vendor Management and Construction Delivery, ensuring contractors and key supply partners perform safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.
The successful candidate will bring strong experience managing complex construction programmes and multiple stakeholders, ideally within the Data Centre, Hyperscale, Mission-Critical or major infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and final project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and commercial performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary project, construction, and engineering teams.
- Drive quality, safety, and operational excellence across all project activities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining programme milestones and delivery schedules.
- Support permitting, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Profile
- Proven experience delivering hyperscale data centre projects or other large-scale mission-critical facilities.
- Strong background in MEP systems and critical infrastructure construction.
- Demonstrated experience managing the full construction lifecycle from design and procurement through to commissioning and handover.
- Significant experience leading major capital projects and managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and project risks.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage international teams and contractors.
- Fluent English communication skills are essential. Mandarin would be highly advantageous, while Thai language skills would be beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Advanced qualifications and project management certifications are advantageous.
