Mission
As Construction Manager, your mission is to plan, develop, and execute construction activities that align with Decathlon Thailands vision and omni-ecosystem strategy. You will ensure technical excellence, compliance, and sustainability across all real estate projects while driving accessibility and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with vendors, landlords, and internal teams.
- Ensure quality standards, regulatory compliance, and sustainability targets.
- Track and report project progress, costs, and risks.
- Support new business models, portfolio optimization, and green building initiatives.
- Lead and inspire teams, fostering collaboration and talent development.
Qualifications
- Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience in construction management, retail fit-out, and real estate projects.
- Knowledge of building engineering, design, facility maintenance, and local building laws.
- Skilled in project, cost, and risk management, plus CAD/3D visualization tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, solution-oriented, adaptable.
- Passion for sport and alignment with Decathlon values: responsibility, generosity, authenticity, vitality.
- Interest in sustainability and innovative construction practices is a plus.
