What You'll Do
- Oversee and update Integrated Management Schedules across multiple construction projects using MS Project or Primavera P6
- Develop and maintain baseline programmes from feasibility through to handover, up to Level 4
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
- Prepare weekly and monthly programme updates including milestone tracking, S-curve reports, and Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis
- Support procurement planning, including technical submittals, material delivery, and on-site installation sequencing
- Conduct delay analysis and prepare Extension of Time (EOT) assessments
- Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate schedules and resolve conflicts
- Conduct weekly site inspections to verify progress
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field
- 8–10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in Data Center construction
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Strong knowledge of EPC project delivery
- Experience with EVM, CPM, S-curves, and delay analysis
- Familiarity with local permitting and authority submission processes
- Knowledge of BIM tools and CAD software is an advantage
