Discovering the role
This role oversees on-site execution and coordination of security, ELV, and integrated systems installation works. Ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Convergint's quality and safety standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and supervise construction activities across assigned project sites.
- Coordinate with internal project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth site execution.
- Monitor construction progress, resolve site issues, and ensure alignment with design specifications and schedule.
- Oversee site logistics, material handling, and workforce deployment.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental practices on site.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with local construction regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate site documentation including daily progress reports, meeting minutes, and inspection records.
- Collaborate with project managers to manage timelines, risks, and resource planning.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover stages to ensure operational readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of construction management experience in ELV, security systems, or M&E works.
- Proven ability to lead site teams and manage multiple subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety, project scheduling, and site coordination.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
