Position: Construction Project Manager
Location: Rayong, Thailand
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years experience in construction management or site management roles.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification requires.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project execution and safety standards.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Words, Power point and especially MS Project.
- Project Management Skills.
- Proven leadership and site coordination skills.
- Creative and Good attitude towards work.
Job Description:
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading and controlling project budget and all on-site construction activities to ensure the project is delivered in accordance with approved designs, schedule, quality, and safety standards.
- Provide Bidding & Proposal.
- Coordinate with clients/ related parties in proposing services provided. Provision of operational and technical matters, kick off meeting and considering the work related.
- Formulate construction plan and execute construction according to plan.
- Manage required project activities, including scope, schedule, budget/ cost and risk management.
- Control site resources, manpower, and equipment to optimize productivity and cost efficiency.
- Plan, organize and manage project timeline to ensure the projects are completed as defined milestones.
- Receive instruction from client for changes and report to the supervisor whether changes justify a change order from client.
- Co-ordinate all functions within project teams.
- Attend site meeting with client & problem solving and hold internal site meeting.
- Overall, in charge of job site assigned.
- Follow policy and procedure regarding QMS, EMS and OHSMS.
- Responsible for the tasks assigned by the supervisor.
