Job Description / Responsibility
We are seeking a dedicated, responsible, and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have relevant construction site supervision experience in Singapore, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage daily site operations while ensuring productivity, quality, and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of construction sites.
- Monitor workers attendance, discipline, productivity, and overall performance.
- Ensure work is carried out according to project schedules, specifications, and quality standards.
- Enforce compliance with all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify and address safety hazards and operational issues.
- Coordinate daily site activities with the Project Manager, Admin Team, subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant personnel.
- Allocate work tasks and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor construction progress and report site updates, delays, and issues to management.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Verify that all work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements.
- Assist in resolving site-related issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure workers comply with company policies, site regulations, and client requirements.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure adequate resources are available for daily operations.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and other required documentation.
- Attend site meetings and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

Experience Requirements
- 5 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Immigration and Education Consultancy Service,Overseas Companies,Building & Construction Materials
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a Construction Supervisor in Singapore is preferred.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Singapore construction practices and Workplace Safety and Health(WSH) regulations.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workers from diverse backgrounds.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Physically fit and willing to work on construction sites.
