Job Description & Requirements
- Supervise group of workers to carry out site work in accordance with construction schedule.
- Ensure smooth progress of site works
- Report all issues concerned on site works
- Assist to identify any environmental health irregularities and recommend measures
- To responsible for all others related or ad-hoc duties as and when directed
- Liaise with subcontractors and relevant authorities
- Oversee maintenance of railroad tracks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
- Apply deep knowledge of rail infrastructure and track engineering fundamentals to maintain track integrity
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify faults or areas needing improvement in rails, ties, ballast, and drainage systems
- Develop and implement proactive maintenance and repair strategies based on inspection findings
- Coordinate with operations, safety, and engineering departments to plan and execute maintenance activities effectively
- Manage resources efficiently to support continuous railway operations and maintenance
- Stay updated on the latest industry standards and best practices to enhance track maintenance and safety
