In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning, while supporting clients from solution design through implementation.

Position
AI & Data Science Consultant
(Generative AI / Agentic AI Consultant)

• Design and develop solutions leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies

• Perform data analysis, build machine learning models, and deliver advanced analytics

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and support client engagements

• Develop PoCs, demos, and prototypes to support pre-sales and business development activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI/ML application development

• Hands-on development experience with Python (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)

• Experience in API and backend development using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask

• Experience in data analysis and data modeling using SQL

• Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and vector databases

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (both written and spoken)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or React

• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Plotly

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks

• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies, and DevOps practices

• Industry experience in financial services, trading companies, or supply chain businesses

• Prior consulting or client-facing experience
