We are looking for resourceful, intellectually curious and self-directed individuals to join us as Consultant in Bangkok and/or Singapore. In this very exciting role, individuals will be exposed to many facets of consulting and advisory in the dynamic Hotels, Tourism and Leisure sector, including hotel investment and development feasibility, operator selection, growth expansion strategies, hotel asset performance analysis and tourism master planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary market research and data collection for hotel and tourism projects in the region;
- Prepare financial models, performance benchmarking and feasibility analyses (including IRR, cash flow, and sensitivity analysis);
- Support facilities recommendations for hotel development and/or repositioning projects;
- Draft and edit consulting reports, presentations and other client deliverables in professional English;
- Support senior consultants in client engagement and project coordination;and
- Assistinpreparing presentations, and other business development materials.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree inEconomics, Accounting, Hotel & Tourism Management, Business, or related fields from a reputable tertiary institution
- Fresh graduatesare welcome to apply; however,23 years of experiencein the hotel or consulting industry is preferred
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Details-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines
- Familiarity with Microsoft suite of tools, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint. Added bonus for familiarity with GenAI tools
- Excellent English writing and communication skills. Additional Asian language(s) a bonus, e.g. Vietnamese, Thai, Korean
- Energetic, proactive, and passionate about the hospitality and tourism industry
