DEEL Consultant - Leasing

Location: Singapore

We have an exciting opportunity to support our team as a Leasing Manager, based in Singapore.

In this role, you will provide advisory and management services to support the franchise business in identifying, negotiating, and securing optimal retail or commercial sites. In addition, you will perform other duties from time to time as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) in Property Management/Commercial, Project Management areas
• Minimum of 5-8 years experience in an international environment. Must have experience in landlord leasing, franchise environment
• Understanding of Lease Negotiations
• Technical Proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Able to multi-task, prioritize workload and comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, detail oriented
• Interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills with a self-motivated attitude to work.
• Language proficiency is Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, English or Korean is highly desirable
